CrossFit Group Training
The goal of our Group Training is to provide you with top-class coaching, teach you skills and correct movement so you can move well and be injury-free and most importantly a fun environment to train in 🙂 Classes include a warmup, skills and drills, workout, cool down (and games!)

Speciality Class Blocks
