If you are not familiar with CrossFit Gyms, our prices are higher than typical gym memberships. But ask yourself this: what do you get from a typical gym membership? You pay to use the equipment, and in the case of some oversubscribed gyms you may need to wait for your turn to use such equipment! And the only time you here from them is when your credit card payment fails. At CrossFit Movida, your membership includes professionally programmed workouts that are tailored specifically to your fitness capability. You get world-class coaching at every session, nutrition coaching and one-on-one help whenever you need it. Plus we have no joining or on-going fees.

We are not a one sized fits all approach, what we want with you is a personal relationship and approach to your health and fitness goals. Whether you need nutrition coaching, personal training, group training, online training, recovery room or a blend of different options. We sit down in person or meet over the phone to really work out where are you currently and where you want to be. From there we can determine a package and price to suit you and your goals.

We offer a 7-Day Trial. If you’re an experienced CrossFitter you can jump into the classes. If you have limited or no CrossFit experience we will take you through a movement assessment first before going into a classes.

We will also talk about you, your goal(s), where you want to be, what is potentially holding you back from achieving them, and how to overcome them. We will see if Movida is the right fit for your needs.

Because we aren’t a standard gym or group class, and because you deserve more than a cookie-cutter approach, we like to create an individual experience for each member that comes through our doors.

Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit?

Oh no! There is absolutely no minimum level of fitness required to start CrossFit.

Let me know throw this one at you, do you have to be flexible to start yoga? Hell no! That’s how we get flexible, by doing yoga. The same applies to CrossFit. We get strong, fit, lean, and mobile by doing CrossFit.

We all have to start somewhere in our health/fitness journeys, but the best thing is, you can start at any fitness and ability level at any time.

What sort of support can I expect from coaches?

Unlike most gyms, we actually care when you can’t come into class. You’re more than a number or another ‘customer’ to us. We are all together on this journey to become healthier and fitter, and we simply love doing life together. Not only will you see our incredible community, but also feel to become one with the team and family. At CrossFit Movida, it’s always people first and fitness follows.

How do payments work?

We use Ezidebit and Square as our trusted payment providers. We take payments every two or four weeks. If you need alternate payment dates or frequency please let us know.

Do you have sign-up fees or transaction fees?

We know that getting started with healthier choices can be really tough, and many people usually fail on their promises to get fit, and some even have countless attempts to keep healthy. That’s why we don’t charge for sign up or transaction fees. We want to make your journey to starting at the gym as easy as possible.

Do you require long-term commitment?
All we ask is for an initial 3-month commitment. This will give you the best experience possible to see if CrossFit is for you. We want you to stay and continue to train at CrossFit Movida because you love it and because you get results.
Can I put my membership on hold if I can’t make it and for how long?

You have a maximum of 3 holds per calendar year.

Membership holds for any reason have to be for a minimum period of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks.

What’s the process if I need to cancel?

Standard Membership cancellation requires fourteen (14) days notice. If you have a scheduled payment within this 14-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All membership payments are non-refundable.

Can I come for a drop-in class if I am in town travelling?

If you are an experienced CrossFitter who is travelling from out of town then we would love to host you. Please visit our Drop In page to see our current single class and week pass pricing. Once you’ve decided on a package simply complete the form and one of our friendly coaches will reach out to you.
