How does it work?

Weeks 1-6

Transformation Phase

All new members will kick-start their new journeys with an epic transformation whilst your motivation is soaring.
Depending on the level of accountability and individual requirements you can choose from:
A: 2 x PT/week “The Chief Package”
B: 1 x PT/week “The Hybrid Package”
C: Group Training Package
*All PT packages include unlimited group training

Week 6 onwards

Continuity Phase

After you’ve achieved an awesome result from the transformation phase this is where we sustain that result. We solidify your habits and routines around training and lifestyle for the long term.
You can stay on your previous package or drop down to another package that suits your situation.

Step 3

Choose your continuity packages

After the 6-week transformation phase, you can choose one of our continuity packages to maintain your results for the long term.

  • 2 x 45 min fundamentals sessions to learn the movements of CrossFit so you feel confident (included in all packages).
  • Individual coaching for your nutrition.
  • 45min ongoing PT sessions

Your Burning FAQs Answered

Depending on your training and CrossFit experience, we may offer some trial options.

You deserve more than a one-size-fits-all all approach. We start off with a 10 min Discovery Call first to talk about what you’re currently doing with your training and nutrition, what you’ve done in the past, and what success looks like for you.

We will see if Movida is the right fit for you.

Because we aren’t a standard gym or group class, and because you deserve more than a cookie-cutter approach, we like to create an individual experience for each member that comes through our doors.

Oh no! There is absolutely no minimum level of fitness required to start CrossFit.

Let me know throw this one at you, do you have to be flexible to start yoga? Hell no! That’s how we get flexible, by doing yoga. The same applies to CrossFit. We get strong, fit, lean, and mobile by doing CrossFit.

We all have to start somewhere in our health/fitness journeys, but the best thing is, you can start at any fitness and ability level at any time.

Unlike most gyms, we actually care when you can’t come into class. You’re more than a number or another ‘customer’ to us. We are all together on this journey to become healthier and fitter, and we simply love doing life together. Not only will you see our incredible community, but also feel to become one with the team and family. At CrossFit Movida, it’s always people first and fitness follows.

We use Ezidebit and Square as our trusted payment providers. We take payments every two or four weeks. If you need alternate payment dates or frequency please let us know.

We know that getting started with healthier choices can be really tough, and many people usually fail on their promises to get fit, and some even have countless attempts to keep healthy. That’s why we don’t charge for sign up or transaction fees. We want to make your journey to starting at the gym as easy as possible.

You have a maximum of 3 holds per calendar year.

Membership holds for any reason have to be for a minimum period of 1 week and a maximum of 6 weeks.

Standard Membership cancellation requires fourteen (14) days notice. If you have a scheduled payment within this 14-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All membership payments are non-refundable.
