The key to succeeding with your fitness and health this year is to keep it simple.
Do not overcomplicate things.
You don’t need a fancy workout routine or an over complex diet.
You don’t need to have every supplement under the sun.
You don’t need to heavily restrict your food and rely on caffeine to get you through the day.
It’s about moving the body (which looks different for everyone) – Find what you love. Yoga, pilates, weight training, running, group training, personal training etc.
Eat nourishing foods – Animal protein and fat, veggies, fruits, avocados, nuts, olive oils etc.
Get out in nature to destress – Beach, Hinterland, parks etc
Get sunlight
Drink filtered water (3-4 litres)
Get plenty of sleep (7-8 hours)
Do that for weeks and months and I guarantee you will of transformed into a completely different person.
